What is the Thailand Arrival Card?

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form every foreign traveller must submit before entering Thailand. It replaced the old paper TM6 card in May 2025. You complete it online, receive a QR code, and show that code at immigration when you land.

Who needs it
Every foreign traveller
Including children and infants, arriving by air, land or sea. Thai nationals are exempt.
When to file
Yourself Only within 72 hours of arrival
With us Any time you like
Official cost
Free
Thai Immigration charges nothing. Our fee starts at $69, separate, for preparing and filing it for you.
On arrival
Show your QR code
On your phone or printed. It covers one arrival only — you need a new one for every entry.
The part most people get caught by: airlines increasingly check for a valid arrival card at check-in. Without one you may be asked to complete it at the gate, or on arrival while the queue builds behind you.

Why travellers let us do it

With Passage Card
  • A few plain questions, in your language
  • A person checks it before it's filed
  • We track your window and file on time
  • Rejected? We fix it and refile free
  • Someone to message, day or night
  • Your details saved if you stop halfway

Doing it yourself
  • One wrong letter in your name and the airline can refuse to board you
  • Overnight flights land on a different date — get it wrong and the card is invalid
  • The form is in English and Thai only, with no explanations
  • Miss the 72-hour window and nothing reminds you
  • Close the page and you start again from the beginning
  • Nobody to ask at 2am the night before you fly
  • Arrive without one and you're filling it in at the desk, after the flight
  • It's free — and if you're confident, that's genuinely the right choice
To be clear: we're an independent company, not connected to the Thai government. The arrival card is free on the official site and most people manage it in about five minutes. Our fee starts at $69 for doing the whole thing for you.

Times run from when Thailand opens your filing window — 72 hours before you arrive — not from when you pay. Nobody can file earlier, so if your trip is weeks away, Standard gets the same result for less.

Nothing is pre-ticked. You'll see your total before you pay, there are no government fees added at checkout, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before we file.

Questions

What if I get something wrong?

That's mostly what you're paying for. We check your answers against your passport and flight details before filing, and come back to you if something looks off. If it's rejected, we fix it and refile at no extra cost.

Can you do my whole family?

Yes. Give us the trip details once, add each traveller's passport, and we prepare a card for everyone. All QR codes arrive together.

My English isn't great. Can you help?

Yes — that's a big part of who we're for. The application and support run in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Korean and Japanese.

Are you the official Thai government service?

No, and we'd never pretend otherwise. We're an independent company with no connection to Thai Immigration. They issue the card free at tdac.immigration.go.th. We charge for preparing, checking and filing it for you.

Do I need a new one every trip?

Yes. The card covers a single arrival, so you need a fresh one each time you enter Thailand — including short trips out to Laos or Malaysia and back.

What if my flight changes after I've paid?

Tell us and we'll update your application at no cost. If we've already filed, we withdraw it and file a corrected one — also free.

Can I cancel?

Any time before we file — full refund, no questions. Once it's filed the work is done, so refunds after that are limited. Full terms appear on the payment page before you pay.
