Tell us when you land. We prepare it, check it, and file it at exactly the right moment.
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form every foreign traveller must submit before entering Thailand. It replaced the old paper TM6 card in May 2025. You complete it online, receive a QR code, and show that code at immigration when you land.

One photo fills in your name, nationality, passport number and dates.
When you land, which flight, where you're staying. One at a time.
We check it, file it at the right moment, and email it straight to you.
Per traveller. You'll see your total before you pay.
Times run from when Thailand opens your filing window — 72 hours before you arrive — not from when you pay. Nobody can file earlier, so if your trip is weeks away, Standard gets the same result for less.
With everything you entered, so you can check it and tell us if anything looks wrong.
We check your name spelling, passport validity and arrival date against your flight. If something doesn't add up, we message you before filing.
72 hours before you arrive, at the speed you chose. You don't need to do anything or remember anything.
By email, and by SMS on Fast and Ultra Fast. Save it to your phone or print it — that's what you show at immigration.
Lost the email, changed your flight, questioned at check-in — message us and you'll reach a person, whatever the hour.
That's mostly what you're paying for. We check your answers against your passport and flight details before filing, and come back to you if something looks off. If it's rejected, we fix it and refile at no extra cost.
Yes. Give us the trip details once, add each traveller's passport, and we prepare a card for everyone. All QR codes arrive together.
Yes — that's a big part of who we're for. The application and support run in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Korean and Japanese.
No, and we'd never pretend otherwise. We're an independent company with no connection to Thai Immigration. They issue the card free at tdac.immigration.go.th. We charge for preparing, checking and filing it for you.
Yes. The card covers a single arrival, so you need a fresh one each time you enter Thailand — including short trips out to Laos or Malaysia and back.
Tell us and we'll update your application at no cost. If we've already filed, we withdraw it and file a corrected one — also free.
Any time before we file — full refund, no questions. Once it's filed the work is done, so refunds after that are limited. Full terms appear on the payment page before you pay.
